Usability Before Creativity

As a small business owner, when creating your website in Wix, Squarespace, or with a design agency, you may feel inclined to go the creative route and forget about usability. But it’s important to remember it doesn’t matter how innovating a button looks like – if your users don’t know it’s a button, they won’t click on it. It sounds simple now, but it’s one of those things you may forget. Just to show you what I mean, here’s an example of a bad button, and here’s an example of a good button.
