What Is the Right Balance Between SEO and PPC?
The following are methods in which SEO and PPC work together to help you achieve a higher ROI.
1) Use PPC Data for SEO Targeting
PPC allows you to see which keywords convert highest for each category page much faster than SEO. So use this information to climb the search results quickly.
2) Use retargeting to direct hard-earned SEO traffic back to your site
Traffic is great, but ultimately what we want are conversions. Unfortunately, only 2% of new website visitors do convert, that’s why we need to use PPC and remarketing to get those users back to your site and let them convert when they’re ready.
3) Improve your quality score
You can alter your metadata to include the targeted keywords that perform well on PPC or you can also do some on-page optimizations to each one of your landing pages to improve your quality score.
SEO and PPC are different but ultimately they have the same goal: to get you the results you need. See you next time!
